The Shneidman House is one of the first 30 houses built in the historical architectural community of Crestwood hills, perched on one of the highest points of the cul-de-sac, Stonehill Lane. Jones & Smith encompassed the body of the home with an incredible combination of redwood, concrete and glass walls that give The Schneidman home a classic Californian mid-century, yet modern contemporary feel. Unobstructed Ocean, Canyon and City views capture every picture-perfect moment from sunrise to an incredible sunset. The interior is an exposed post and beam ceiling with clad in wood sides. The current owner impeccably restored the home in keeping its original design with Smeg kitchen appliances, mint greens and sky blues in bathrooms while restoring the original walls throughout the home.
